Returns and Refunds Policy

Our returns and refunds policy allows for a 30-day window for returns and refunds. Please note that after 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are certain items that are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as if a book shows obvious signs of use, or if a CD, DVD, software, or other media has been opened. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error may also qualify for a partial refund. Returns that are made more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
